My 4 year old LOVES These markers at her preschool, so I decided to get a set for her... the day they arrived, my 3 year old opened the package and absolutely destroyed the foam felt tips (I think she deliberately picked them apart) rendering them unusable, not before coloring on her walls and canvas window treatments! 😣🤦‍♀️ The markers were still full of ink, so I called Do-A-Dot customer service directly to see if replacement tips were available for purchase. The call was answered directly by a real person (wow!) and the representative was super friendly, and is even sending me replacement tips at NO CHARGE! What an awesome company! It pays to buy from a company that produces its products in the USA! FYI the marker came off of the walls using water, Norwex envirocloth microfiber cloth, and a little elbow grease. The marker came out of the cotton canvas shades using an oxyclean and water solution like they do in the commercials. Crisis averted! 👍😅
