I had read reviews of different products and decided to go with this brand over some others but it seems a similar issue occurs with all of these types of products. The square piece of detergent does not always dissolve well in the wash. It seems to occur more when I use the whole piece rather than a half. I am going to try and cut the whole in half and use both for a large load next time and see if that changes the outcome. update. If you break the square into smaller pieces when doing each load, they seem to dissolve better. I used a whole sheet and broke it into 4 separate pieces and I had no issues with it not dissolving completely. I have also broken it up into multiple pieces and the product dissolves perfectly. I rip it in half for smaller loads and then break that half up into tiny pieces. I have had no issues since I began doing this. I am going to try the scented version next since I love the ocean =) I have now tried the ocean scented version as well and I love it! Smells great and for someone with sensitive skin, I have had no reaction from the scent. I tear the sheets into tiny pieces when doing a load and can use half a sheet, a third or the entire sheet. What a great product!
