The first requirement is to buy a USA flag made in the US! Why anyone buy a US flag made in a foreign country? That just does not seem right! When I received the flag, I thought I had ordered one with sewn stripes and embroidered stars and was going to return it. However, I live in Arizona and my flags are flown 24/7. The sun is extremely hard on flags here and while the sun fades them, the winds we have can quickly reduce them to shreds. All the previous sewn flags have been destroyed or needed to be replaced due to fading within 6-9 months so I decided to try this one out. Have had it up for about a month and everything is fine. Will keep tabs on it and report back on how it does in our extreme conditions. Very happy with it so far.
