First chance I got to take this, I ended up taking two servings as instructed but I took this with their other product "Vintage Burn" and ended up having a mild headache for two days. Just be sure if you're taking this product, you're aware of other caffeine sources too because as you may already know, this has a very modest amount of caffeine (just a little bit more than black tea) - otherwise I do highly recommend this product because it really does work.
