I bought this on recommendation of an herbalist friend when I got terrible diarrhea in Jordan. Barely made it home! This stuff is STRONG flavored. I’m pretty flexible in the “nasty medicinal taste” department but I could hardly choke this down - even nicely diluted in olive oil. So I ordered a different brand that comes in capsules. Other reviewers complained that the capsules were dried out & the desiccated oil was black. I ordered it anyway, hoping my bottle would be fresh. It wasn’t. After a single dose I was nauseous & feeling really terrible. So I pulled a capsule apart & looked at how it went together and decided I could probably buy some empty capsules and put the needed 6 drops of oil in them myself. After a little research I figured out that a size 00 gelatin capsule would work. Amazon carries several sizes - so 2 days later I was happily filling capsules. Works like a charm. You just have to remember to drink a big glass of water with the capsule or you’ll end up burping oregano!
