If you're looking for an electric pressure washer this is an excellent choice. I researched a number of them and even considered some low-end gas models, but this one is tops. Great power and features. Simple to operate. Very reasonably priced. And the best part . . . a CEO who personally stands behind her products. On the back of the packing slip there was a letter from the CEO with her cell phone number and email address. I didn't think much of it until I pulled the pressure washer out of the box and noticed a small crack. I figured it was just cosmetic, but I thought I'd send her an email to see if I got a response. Sure enough, she responded first thing the next morning. In her response, she did three very important things: 1) accepted full responsibility (even though it may have been an UPS issue), 2) gave me a partial refund because she, ". . . did not feel it was right about you paying full price for a damaged pressure washer", 3) and said I could return it or exchange it if I was not satisfied. Triple play! You can't do better than that in my opinion. As it turns out, the crack was cosmetic and the pressure washer works just fine. You can't go wrong with this choice!
