I've been on a weight loss journey the last year and have struggled with loose skin on my face and under my jawline. So far, only today did I receive the package containing the product. I'm starting out with the blue beginner jaw and will be using it when I'm doing my workout over the next 12 weeks to see how it goes. Before and after photos will be included in my updated review. Right now I'm happy with the packaging, it's very professionally done. The ball fits my mouth well enough and is comfortable without the resistance being too high. The lanyard to secure the ball is rubberized and the directions are easy to follow. No complaints to this point.
