Because of the price, I didn't expect this at all. I read some of the other reviews on this product, and I have to be honest; I was about one second away from clicking the next bed frame. Something said, look at each product review about the bed frame. What's the worse that could happen, I build the frame, and then I have to disassemble the frame to ship it back — the price you have to pay for value. The first thing I did was get a warranty because things do happen well over the first thirty days. When the package came, I unbox the bed frame parts, and I laid them out on the floor. All the bed frame parts, according to the parts list is accounted for. I began assembling the parts, handling them with care. The instructions and joining(connecting the pieces) process are pretty straightforward. I didn't have any issues setting up this frame with my bed. The problem I did have was when I drop the steel bed slats(the entire bundle) on my foot. All good though because I raised my feet on my new bed, and quickly fell to sleep. My recommendations for other buyers, read and understand the reviews. You can about tell who didn't read the description of the products, who mishandle the products and now looking to get something back from their own mistake. Just read the description and then read some of the reviews. Update: January 2020 - the bed is remarkable. I rechecked all the screws and none of them had to be tightened. Great buy.
