As a PC user - I have tried every known APP and software to easily transfer videos and pics off an iphone (now on ios 13). Some would work until there was some kind up upgrade from either the app company or Apple. Then all bets were off. But this thing - THIS THING F-ing works and works great. It has a lightning connector on one end and a standard full size USB connector on the other. And when neither is in use both connectors are protected by the metal shell case. To use it, you plug it in and it takes you to the APP store to download a small piece of code that allows it to connect. The interface is clean and understandable by even a two year old. Ok, maybe not that simple but you get the idea. You select files from your albums and then hit the arrow transfer pic and boom - files into the flashdrive. Then pop out the USB connector and transfer it to the PC. That simple. Finally a way to easily clear more space on an Iphone.
