I've only used this product once so far but I'm happy with the results, it doesn't have much of a scent and I want to make the bottle last so I mixed it with a little of my regular conditioner on my hand just before putting it in my hair, and I only use conditioner on the lower part of my hair because I get oily hair if conditioner gets on top. I left it on while I shaved ect, and rinsed before getting out (I always do this). The green sweatshirt picture is before using Olaplex, the gray shirt is after using Olaplex, both pictures my hair is unstyled. The lighting is different though so I'm sure my hair isn't actually more red lol just warmer lighting. I bought this because I'm about to go from years of box dye red to platinum in a salon and I don't want my hair to suffer from all the processing. I'm very pleased with the results! The seal was loose when I opened the bottle which makes me skeptical about tampering, but it did a good job so far so I guess it could have just been a fluke.
