In this picture, the middle cushion looks lighter than the two other cushions due to the lighting in the room on the velvet. However, the middle cushion, is the same color and fabric as the other two cushions. I would know. I put the entire slipcover together on my couch. The feel of the slipcover is soft, flexible, durable, and of great quality. Perfect for those of you who remodeled your couch like I did in order to give it more years. The fabric sits like a dream. When the slipcover arrives, it comes in a sealed and zipped container (similar to that of bedding). When you open the container, you will notice the material. As you turn the material around, you will spot two red tags that say back. Those two red tags go towards the very back legs of your couch. Make sure to put the largest slipcover sheet on first. After doing this, you will place each cushion individually into its own velvet slipcover. You will place each pillow after it has its slipcover on it, back onto the couch. There are straps that come with the slipcover in the packaging. The straps connect to little white hooks/pockets under the couch (that are on the slipcover and part of the slipcover). Connect one side of the couch to the other side. This is to secure the slipcover so that it doesn’t slip off. An instruction sheet is provided within the packaging, but I have provided this for additional help. I assembled this together by myself without anyone’s help. Woman power! You can do this ladies!
