Well this thing is awesome. I have severe R/A and osteo arthritis and I was really getting tired of trying to get comfortable watching TV or anything else, rolling, flopping around like a fish out of water. I have seen these things around and always floppy and soft. This is firm and comfortable. My cat also loves it. He pushes 1 arm out of the way and snuggles right in, or if I get up for 1 second me tries to get it all. I hàve found that it keeps me from falling asleep watching this late night west coast baseball games or whatever. That's a big plus. I'm supposed to elevate my feet when I sleep and I tried putting it at the other end of the bed and oh my God, I've never been able to do it long because of the pressure on my knees but this is perfect for that too!
