I do not write reviews very often. I have tried several of the Keto breads on the market and also have tried making my own. Here is the problem I have constantly come across: Slices are very small, bread is very dense, doesn’t taste great. This bread taste good, slices are more normal in size, density is similar to regular bread. My preference when toasting is not to leave it in to long as it seems to dry it out more than I like. This will definitely be my go to bread going forward. Keto products are not normally price friendly (not sure why except for the fact that most companies are trying to capitalize on the Keto movement) , but if you like it you will have to decide if the cost is worth it.
