I have been using Munchkins version of this product for years. I am liking this Dr. Brown's cup more than Munchkin for a couple of reasons. 1) The see-thru spout, 2) No leaks when dropped on the floor and 3) The ease of cleaning. I like the concept of this cup because kids drink from it like a regular cup. I don't know what better spill-free practice you can get than with this. The handles promote using both hands, something that will be a good habit further down the road when they graduate to open cups. The base and shape of this cup as opposed to Munchkin even seems less prone to tipping. The see-thru spout makes a ton of sense so you and little one can see what they're drinking. The Munchkin cups are totally solid and it can be a mystery as to what and how much is in there! The seal of the spouts has kept much better than my Munchkin spouts. Whereas my Munchkin sippy cups squirt upon being dropped on the hardwood floor, this Dr. Brown's cup has not. Not a single drop spilt over several falls. My kid is in the midst of that phase where everything on her tray becomes a gravity experiment! The design of the Munchkin spout renders it vulnerable to moisture pooling in the middle and coming out of the dishwasher wet. This Dr. Brown's spout comes out of the dishwasher totally dry and ready to use with no pockets for moisture to sit and collect mold. *If you found my review helpful please click 'yes' below. Thanks!*
