I can't find a better product for my hair. Here is how I learned to properly set my natural curls: I only comb my hair with a wide tooth comb in the shower after the conditioner has been put on my hair. With conditioner on my wet hair, I comb the hair out with a wide tooth comb while I'm in the shower, and then rinse out my hair carefully so the curls naturally form. To encourage lift in the curls I bow my head down, facing the shower head, so the water runs down in front of my face. When I get out of the shower, I use a towel to gently press the water out of my hair, bowing me head to let the curls fall so they have more volume and don't cling flat to the top of my head. After I apply a leave in conditioner, again making sure not to break up the curls, and then apply a coin sized amount of the TIGI Catwalk Curls Rock Amplifier. After putting the Amplifier on my hand, I put a little water on my palm and rub my palms and fingers together to make the Amplifier less stiff, and easier to distribute in my wet hair. I get tons of compliments on my hair and everyone thinks my hair is beautiful. I wish I had known how to properly wash and set me curls when I was a kid. My mom had straight hair, so she taught me what worked for her hair. Curly and straight hair need to be washed and set completely differently.
