I wanted a thick mat for when I do planks on the floor. I have no carpet in my home. I looked into yoga mats but they all seemed so thin and weren't long enough. I am a 6'3" female so I needed it long and thick. I liked how this mat folded up unlike others, yoga mats seem like a pain to roll out overtime. When I got this in the mail I was even happier. It's bigger then I thought but it folds so easily and i just store it against my wall. It's super long and the foam is very thick but strong. It doesn't feel like it is going to start squishing down like a marshmallow anytime soon. Some people complained about it ripping where is folds. I haven't had this issue but I also don't handle it like a tire swing. The handle makes it easy to carry and it's very light weight. I am totally satisfied and can finally do planks again comfortably.
