Very light. Comfortable. Im usually a 9 so I ordered a 9 they are a little tight on the toes but hopefully when I break them in the material will loosen up a little bit not too much. This is my first time wearing them today a 12 hour shift at the hospital walking on night and they feel great. They don't have a soft cusion inside though that would have been a plus, compared to others that do. Update. I wore them for a second time at work but they still hurt on my toes I am going to return and go up 1/2 a size.
