Finally! After reading reviews and experimenting with mixing this powdered cream with cold, cool, adding ice and finally hot water! I made 2 cups with 12 tbsp of cream. I put in a frothing pitcher and after letting my boiled water cool after a couple of minutes, I poured a little water into the pitcher, let it sit for a minute and continued with adding a bit more, swirling the pitcher halfway through until the water was incorporated into the powder. I could see how the hot water was mixing in very well with powder and refrained from using a spoon or fork to mix. Letting the water bloom in the powder was key and not mixing it right away. I have an immersion blender that I used to blend the mixture after letting it sit. There were no clumps which I experienced with using cold, cool and ice water to mix. I even used the immersion blender to mix with cold water which made it look curdled! The taste was even different! I loved it and I will order more, now that I know how to mix it!
