I got the 4-pack standard zip pillowcases. I bought another brand at the same time, and this brand’s zipper is perfect. The other brand’s zipper broke immediately. The fabric is thick and smooth and soft, and has a beautiful damask stripe pattern woven in. The website says the stripes might be different from the picture. Mine have narrow stripes, about 1/2 inch. The way I use them is, I put several cases on my pillow at once, up to about eight at a time on top of each other, each one zipped up. Then each night, I take off one case, so I have a clean pillowcase with no dust or pollen on it. This is really great for my allergies. I don’t think I need to get the other model that is 100% dust mite proof, since I layer them and use a clean one each day. I don’t think any dust mites are getting in, and the problem really is dust mites and pollen settling down from the air, not coming up from my pillow. I do use an allergen-proof pillow protector as the bottom layer, right next to the pillow. The 100% dust-mite proof model looks great too, and is the same price, but in the picture it doesn’t have the damask stripe pattern, and that pattern is so beautiful.
