For all of the features this scale is an amazing value. While bodyfat% scales are never super accurate, they tend to be consistent so you can track if the number goes up or down overtime which was important to me. The actual weight measurement has been spot on for me as well. The one negative for this scale is to get the most use out of it you need to take your phone with you when you weigh yourself. Downloading the APP and setting up an account only takes a few minutes. The phone automatically connects to the scale through bluetooth after you manually connect it the first time. After that, you simply stand on the scale and it gives you back your weight. Then it does the body fat measurement, which is sends to your phone. So to actually view your bodyfat%, water weight, visceral fat, bone mass ect. you have to look at your phone. So I weight myself with my phone in hand and the app open everyday, which might be a big enough negative to stay away if you don;t want to be bothered to have your phone on you every time you step on the scale. Without your phone, you will not be able to see your measurements other than weight. The best thing about this scale is that if you take the time to bring your phone for your weigh in, it asks you if you would like to save your results, which I always do. Then for each stat it can show you a graph over time with every time you have weighed yourself. I found this to be very helpful, so I didn't need to go write down my write on some other tracking surface, and found it especially useful for body fat%. It is fun to see how everything is trending and to be able to see long term progress. All in all, If you are looking for a scale that spits out your weight and bodyfat% with no hassle, this may not be the scale for you. If you are interested in tracking your weight and other statistics overtime, this scale offers that at an unbeatable price.
