Methyl > Cyan All Day!
I take B vitamins all the time. I would always notice that I would have super deep yellow urine after I take them. And you know what that means? The vitamins are going straight through your body and are not being absorbed. I thought, as long as some of it is absorbed, then I am okay... So, I continued to take these B-vitamins from all sorts of brands that I would find at Target or CVS. Until one day, I was watching random videos on youtube on my phone and I accidentally clicked something and a video talking about B-Vitamins comes on. I was driving, so I just left it on as I listened. In this video, I learned that B-12 vitamins come in 3 forms. The most common form is cyanocobalamin, which most cheap B vitamins and multi-vitamins have. This is the form of B-12 that makes your piss turn deep yellow, because your body absorbs so little of it. Then they go on to explain that Methylcobalamin is the most effective form of B-12 that you can digest. This form actually is absorbed by your body. I forget what the 3rd form was. The price of Methylcobalamin B-12 is considerably higher that Cyancobalamin. But wouldn't you want to buy something that actually works? These chewable tabs are great and don't taste bad at all. It's like a less flavorable cherry sweet-tart. The great thing about them is your body actually absorbs it. Go ahead try it, it doesn't even have to be this brand. Just try methylcobalamin rather than a cyancobalamin, you'll see and notice the effects on your brain and body in 1-2 weeks. The easiest way to test if it works better, assuming the user stays properly hydrated, pay attention to the color of your urine. Please people research your supplements before you purchase them. Stop allowing these nutrition companies to earn a dollar with garbage supplements. They prey on consumers that don' take the time to educate themselves on the products they sell. In this world, there is a "minimum requirement" that must be met in order for the product qualify to be stocked on shelves. This "minimum requirement" is like getting a C- in college... It isn't failing. It's better than a D. It's average... but not quite average.. If you are looking into supplements, you already have the intent to better your physical health, why not take a couple more hours and research the supplement in general. Every supplement has specific key factors that will make their quality better than those that barely meet the requirements. Once you find that out, it'll be easy for you to find a handful of companies that manufacture quality products. Those products are not going to be cheap, but you do pay for what you get. And what is a couple more bucks for a quality product that will help you with your performance or help with an ailment.
