I got this for my wife as a late Christmas gift. She loves it! We had a small issue with the seal and lid inside of it, but it was very quickly taken care of by GoWISE. They emailed me within a few minutes of posting a review in the evening and quickly fixed out problem. The customer service is about the best that I have ever dealt with. Thank you
