First of off I read these reviews on facebook and was practically howling with laughter. I made all my aquaintences paranoid of how I would create confections to tempt them only to have them laced with these little hellbears. I finally made my purchase and waited anxiously for their arrival. They came this evening I even purchased the said bears a special container to house them in so people would know THESE were THOSE POOP-BEARS. I would like to state after my second c-section and things did not go as planned I have been in and out of my gastroenterologist's office since 2002. I am currently on a medication called Amatiza that is $500 per month, thank God for insurance my co-pay isnt that much. In a moment of self experimentation I decided to see how much or how little was needed for the desired effect. I counted out 20 bears and chewed them and swallowed the tasty candies down. A few moments later as I absentmindedly munched five more I started to feel a grumble, a rumble and a bit of pressure. I proceeded to the bathroom with no gas but a regular BM nothing extravagant. No demons emerged nor did I achieve orbit. However mind you I am only maybe 30 minutes into my experiment. As I type this to you now I am beginning to feel pangs here and there, fleeting at best, in my abdomen. ****UPDATE**** Its been two hours and I was gently reminded I had to go to the bathroom again. This is MUCH more effective than my prescription. I am quite pleased. I apologize if you were looking for a spastic last will and testament review. HOWEVER: Amatiza is NOT a "easy" medication. If you have to take it you are pretty much 99.9%blocked up. My husband took ONE after a bout of constipation and afterwards could s*&! through a screen door and not hit a wire. So I am sure for the average person these bears would cause mild trauma at minimum exposure.
