UPDATE: I did order a 3rd pillow. I’m also using a pillow cover/protector, as recommended. I got cooling pillow covers. These pillows definitely hold their shape! I’m a side sleeper, and have arthritis in my neck. I’ve tried most every fancy “side sleeper neck support” style pillow. I’m always disappointed. After 10 nights of sleeping on a down pillow during a cruise, I couldn’t wait to order a down pillow for home. I wanted 100% down. These were reasonably priced and turns out they are really well made and excellent quality. I ordered a medium based on a review from a side sleeper. It was way to puffy for my neck so I ordered a soft, which is perfect. I use the medium as more of a body pillow. Fantastic value and worth the investment. I sleep with three pillows and will definitely order one more to complete my collection.
