I received this machine in 2015 as a Christmas gift and was purchased from here. It’s 2020 and it’s still working perfectly! I was a newbie and it has definitely grown with me as I’ve become more skilled. Recently, with the pandemic my daughter and husband rolled up their sleeves and helped make masks to donate to local hospitals. Just FYI- both are very inexperienced, yet they were able to handle and learn to use it rather quickly! 5 stars for sure!
