I just received my Canyon Hoop weighted hula hoop today. It is everything as described. I ordered the 42" size even though I am a small adult and the 38" is recommended. However, I've already tried the hoop out and it was very easy to assemble. All it took was about 30 seconds of heat with a blow dryer and I was able to get the two ends together, it took a little bit of push for about the last 1/2" but I am 50 years old and was able to do it fairly easily. You can add water to the hoop for more weight but none is necessary. It is heavy enough without water to keep the hoop going, like the papers state. I purchased this as I got interested in hula hooping for exercise. Used to do this as a child and found out it is still as fun now as it was then. And this is not the boring exercise like walking and riding a exercise bike, using a home gym, etc. I highly recommend this product. It is great!
