But I can't say enough good things about this product and company. Our rescue dog has had severe anxiety from abuse and we've tried many things over the past few years. When I came across this product in a search I decided to try one last thing before we look into anything prescription. It definitely took the edge off, but sadly not to the point where she was comfortable in the situations. The fact that it only took the edge off didn't mean that it wasn't a great product. Just our dog is a special kind of special =) I was perfectly happy with just passing it on to someone else that it would work for. The packaging is fantastic, I never had one chew break apart yet they were soft enough for her to enjoy, everything about it was great. The customer service was above and beyond what I've ever experienced really. They reached out to me not once but twice, with advice etc. They were so helpful and generous. I hope to be able to shop with the company for other products as well as this product for other pets that may come into need of it.
