This is great, pretty standard grease for your bike. I use it as my all purpose grease and lather it everywhere while singing Happy Birthday (pandemic side effect). Whether I'm servicing multiple bikes or alone with just mine in the garage, there's no better feeling than spreading this grease over some axles or rubbing over your ball bearings, I love the gently, smooth insertion this grease provides. 10/10 would recommend.
