We bought a new house last fall, and remodeling bathrooms is the last task on our list. The bathrooms were alright, but the one with the tub has such a flat back that it is painful to lay back and soak in. I ordered this and it was AMAZING. At first it was pretty okay, but as the tub filled up the neck/back support came to life. I could have seriously fallen asleep in there. Looking forward to being able to take baths again.
