Product broke right away when putting it together for the first time. However, we were leaving on vacation and I didn't have time to mess with returning it. I took it on vacation and it is very helpful with trigger points in my back that are hard to reach and my husband uses it as well. Since it's still usable with the tab broken, we just kept it as I don't want to mess with returning it and ordering another one. However, BE CAREFUL WHEN PUTTING IT TOGETHER! Otherwise, it is very helpful for my Fibromyalgia and Arthritis pain.
