I decided to purchase this blouse after reading some of the reviews. It is also important to read what the seller indicated under the description regarding sizing. I ended up ordering a 3XL size. I am usually a medium size or large depending on the style of the clothes. The size I ordered fit me perfectly with the exception that the blouse does not button up all the way to the top for me. I am 5'7 in height, 160lbs with a bra size of 36DD. I am OK with the shirt not buttoning up all the way to the top because I usually like to wear a tank top under and leave it unbuttoned halfway. If I wanted it to button up all the way to the top I would have to order a 4XL. I am very satisfied and like the quality of the fabric. I am in the process of ordering another called her since I liked this one very much!
