Lacks power
update 02/04/2020: seller contacted me after submitting a 'warranty' on this product. They sent me a new frother that works SOOOOO much better. Sometimes you get the dud, but the company made it right and that is appreciated. Upgrading to 5 stars!
This absolutely sucks. Doesn't matter how thick or thin the liquid you're trying to blend is, as soon as it is submerged it loses all power. Don't waste your money.
