Today is day 4 since I started these. I don’t take anything else for pain or inflammation. I honestly cannot believe how loose my joints feel. I have severe spine issues; disc degenerate, osteoarthritis. I have several series of back injections and see a chiropractor. These supplements have made a big difference in my life. I ordered some for my mom today. I will update this review after she starts taking them.
