I have been taking this brand and another for over a year. I take it every morning on an empty stomach. 1 year later and my fibrinogen has been reduced by 250 points and my thyroid nodule has reduced size by 75%. It was somewhat calcified. My dr was shocked. I couldn't recommend this enough! If you have any underlying infections like lyme, EBV, bacterial infections, etc... you should use this in combination with an antibacterial agent.. like garlic, biocidin, grape seed, etc. This busts biofilm.
