I have been using this product under a month which is why Ionly gave 4 stars. I have mixed in a cup of tea everyday. It disolves nice and quick in warm or hot water. I let it stand for minute to be sure it is completely dissolved. There is no flavor or texture change what so ever. It takes a little longer to disolve/blend in cool or cold drinks (I have not tried it in smoothies, but will at some point) once it does, it is consistent with the above results. As for effectiveness, I can't give details as I mentioned I have only recently started using it. After 30 to 45 days I hope hope to see the effects from use. The reason I purchased this particular collagen is after research I found it to be the most "natural" bovine grass fed product. The peptides are within the recommended guidelines for daily consumption and the reviews were outstanding. I am hoping to see a difference in my hair, skin and nails.
