I like the fabric and the memory foam foot bed. Since I wear a size 9 the size I ordered originally was 9/10 and they were a bit big for me. When the company heard that the slippers did not fit correctly, they bent over backwards to see that I received a pair of slippers that fit. They shipped out a size 7/8 at no additional cost to me and the smaller size does fit. This company does seem to have customer satisfaction as a priority as they were willing to do what was necessary to assure that I had a pair of slippers that fit. I do appreciate that. You should be aware that these slippers do run a little on the big size so, if the size you need is the second number of the two sizes, the slippers will probably fit fine, However if like me you are the first number of the two sizes they will probably be too big for you and it would be prudent to order the next size down. In other words, people who wear odd number sizes ( 7, 9 etc.) should probably order the slippers that are the next size down.
