It's as Described.
Briefly, the thing is as described. Way better than piling up pillows and bedding. It's not a miracle, however. I still feel constrained while trying to keep my leg elevated. Still, it is what it is. Seems to have good dimensions although wider might be a slight improvement to allow small repositioning without falling off.
