This sweetener arrived last week and I've really enjoyed using it. First of all, the taste is fantastic. No cooling sensation, strange flavor, or weird cooling effect. We used it to make mojitos and even those who don't normally use sweeteners didn't notice any aftertaste or strange flavor. They tasted just like they were made with sugar. I also want to comment on the solubility of this sweetener. It dissolves easily and doesn't crystallize out like some other sweeteners making it perfect for drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). It's one to one conversion with sugar makes it easy to substitute for sugar in recipes. No need to get out the calculator. I am excited to try this sweetener in baked goods and ice cream! Unfortunately, my family loved this sweetener so much that I'm going to need to order another bag to try using it for these recipes. In our family of four, none of us noticed any adverse reactions to this sweetener, like we have with other sweeteners.
