Buy this thing. Buy it now.
This thing is the bomb.
I took a few slices of bacon, rendered the fat added the noodles, a little salt and pepper. Cooked till a little floppy and then tossed some basil and Parmesan in at the end. It's fantastic.
We have used it with carrots, sweet potatoes, regular potatoes and of course zucchini so far and it is fabulous.
We bought this one because I could not stand the idea of the pencil sharpener one.
Buy this. I have recommended it to everyone I know.
