When I was taking this, I felt GOOD! I haven't had energy like that in years. I enjoy a glass or two of wine in the evenings, and I feel like this is undoing any damage the wine might be doing. I started feeling really good after about a week of starting them. I travel a lot, and in the packing and unpacking, I misplaced my bottle. I got another liver formula at a local health food store, but it didn't make me feel GOOD like these did. That's why I'm ordering more today. If I keep taking these, not only will I have a healthier body, but I have so much more energy that I can imagine my house and car being sparkling clean, and my to do list DONE!
