the cotton lining is awesome
I had a pair of silcone heat gloves that had no liner and were a little tight on my hands. I hated them because when I wanted them off it wasn't a simple task if they were wet or greasy from the meat I took off my grill. The bigger gloves with the liner not only resist the heat better but also have no issue getting them off easily.
