I have a smaller head for an adult, so I ordered the medium although I'm more than 150 lbs. Pros: Breathable, Lightweight. Small enough that I can wear my glasses, which is a need for work! Cons: Just a tad small- I wish there was an 11 cm...12 cm would be too big for glasses. Also, the respirator/purifier part, if I exhale through my mouth, air goes up and fogs my left lense. An annoyance, but tolerable. Overall, I like. Would pay $20 no question, but $33 seems to be excessive just to have the purifier attachment, but I may buy another to try the next size up. That could make the difference.
