I am 5'11" and weigh 180, I was nervous about getting a medium because: 1) since I am tall I usually have a hard time finding a shirt with sleeves that are long enough...this was perfect, plenty of room. 2) I had just had my baby so I was worried that the fabric might be one that reveals everything (if you know what I mean). The fabric is perfect. It is light weight, very comfortable, and some stretch to it. I absolutely love this shirt and will be ordering more from Patty's.
