I love, love this Iodine solution. I use 6 drops daily in my water. It's helped improve my life - I believe that I might be Hypothioroid ... anyhoooo.. This iodine has helped make me stable, no more sluggish feeling, I worked 3rd shift previously and relied on caffeine tabs to keep me awake. After starting to use this product, no more sluggish feeling. I had instant energy. Oh one other good side effect - I used to suffer from weekly migraines - well, they are gone, and I haven't had one in 3 years. I would download the use instructions on Lugols website, listed on the bottle. Their Q&A will give you much info - It's highly suggested. The most important tidbit, is the fact that after several days of using Iodine (assuming you can tolerate it), you might crash, or feel worse. The instructions mention this - it's your body trying to get rid of prior crud in your system. It's easy, take 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt, with water several times, until you start to urinate. This will get rid of the chlorine, bromine, fluoride in your body, and then the body will be able to absorb the iodine for its use. Please, read the instruction on the website. I had to initially do this twice - since then, no more problems. I have a house water filter that completely removes all of the city water (has chlorine, fluoride), I don't drink mountain dew (has bromine or bromate) yada yada yada. This has helped immensely.
