We bought a house with a jetted tub that had probably never has been cleaned properly. Ever. So there was a LOT to clean here. We ended up buying many bottles because more stuff kept coming out. We must have run it through 13 or 14 times using a lot more than the amount listed on the bottle (1/4 to 1/2 bottle each time). Then we called the company and told them what was going on. They said that their product works really well on certain types of grime/biofilms but that we should try running some liquid laundry detergent through, as well. They said the laundry detergent gets rid of different things and that sometimes both are needed. Well, that did the trick. Sure wish we had known this before spending so much money on this product, but now finally our tub lines are clean. The Oh Yuk does get stuff to come out that other things we tried like bleach did not remove. That said, the best strategy is probably to run the laundry detergent through first, then use the Oh Yuk afterwards for anything remaining.
