I absolutely love my Jitterbug. It was very simple to figure out; especially your basic calling and texts. I previously used a flip phone and didn't feel I needed something terribly fancy and expensive although this does way more than I was expecting. I'm still figuring out how much data I need for fun stuff, like e-mail, Facebook and the GPS. Every time I have spoken with anyone from GreatCall, I am so impressed. They have all spoken English so I can always understand them, they have been very, very friendly and helpful and you can change your minutes, texts or data plan each month if you want until you know what you need. I give GreatCall and this phone an A+. I am very happy with my choice!
