I purchased this for my Mom, and she's been very pleased with it. I put it together for her (it's not hard to do, but it would be challenging for an elderly person or someone with limited hand strength). The build quality is pretty good - the frame appears solid and well able to handle the rated capacity of 300 pounds. She says she feels very secure with it when walking or sitting - no wobbles or flexing in the frame. I went with this model rather than the one with the 8 inch wheels (728RD-RTL) due to the seat height. The seat depth and width for both models are the same (14 inch deep; 14 inch wide) but this model with the 6 inch wheels has a seat height of 21 inches; the 8 inch wheel model has a seat height of 23 inches. My Mom is 5 foot 2, so the lower seat height is much more comfortable for her. The seat height is not adjustable, but the handles are, and can be set to 32 inches to 37 inches. (The model with the 8 inch wheels ranges from 33 to 38 inches for the handle height.) I didn't have any problems finding a handle height that was comfortable for her to use. Although the wheels are 6 inches, she's not had any problems rolling this outdoors over grass or small bumps. The wheels pivot easily making it easy to maneuver the walker. It's pretty light weight (12 pounds) so she can pick it up off the ground without too much difficultly. The only issue so far has been with the brakes. They were very tight and hard to lock at first (you move the brake lever down to lock). I worked them back and forth for a while which loosened them up a bit. The seat is decently padded, and the back rest is curved and wrapped with padding, which is a big plus in terms of comfort when sitting. For the price it's a great deal, and as good as other models I've seen for a lot more. Highly recommend.
