Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

First off let me say that I ordered this on Amazon, read a crappy review and cancelled my order. Then I got on Youtube and watched actual use reviews. And I re-ordered it and now have it. I would give it 5 stars but it does leak a little hot air out the non-hinge side of the door. What I saw on Youtube's users was that they had to make minor modifications away from the preset cooking times on some items. Big deal. If you read the instructions they tell you at times you'll need to add 3 minutes to the cooking time so the oven gets to temperature. I had two pounds of shrimp to cook. Rather than ruin the whole batch if I messed up I only put a few in and monitored. Shell on: not so good. Hard to peel. Shell off: excellent! Almost crunchy if I wanted to add a minute. And not dry at all. My next shrimp cook will be on the edge: in the rotisserie basket!! And if it doesn't work the 4 stars remain. I'm a single man. I could easily use this item to cook a meal for 4 people or party foods for a dozen. And if I cook messy items like chicken wings (which I will) I'd rather clean up a small cube than my entire 36 inch chef grade oven that came with my house. So doubters, buy with confidence. This is a nice little unit that simply needs a little human interaction to do what you want it to do.
