Both silicon dioxide and microcrystaline cellulose are naturally occurring compounds used for anti-caking with either low or no toxicity to humans in normal doses. The amounts in these capsules are very negligible. Don’t let random fear mongering reviews take you for a ride. You don’t have to worry about this particular product.
