I bought this as a natural way to help with allergies. I'm not sure what it's supposed to taste like, but I find it to be just a weak mellow tea. I use more than it suggests in a tea diffuser and it seeps plenty long.. but the flavor is so mild. To spite that, something kicked my seasonal allergies to the wayside this spring... I started the nettle tea at the same time I started taking 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar daily... both recommended natural help for allergies. I'm NEVER going back... it was like day and night within 24 hours
